What is an airport transfer?

The airport transfer service includes a professional chauffeur meet & greet at the meeting point of the arrivals terminal, placard/name sign, luggage assistance, complimentary waiting time, and transportation to your desired drop off location.

We accept orders for up to 06 hours before the service. Should you require a service for a time earlier than that, please contact us on the given phone number or email and we’d be happy to assist you depending upon the availability.

Your driver will be waiting at the guest receiving area of the arrivals terminal holding a placard/name sign with your name on it. In case of departures, the chauffeur will be waiting outside the pickup location specified by you.

The chauffeur will be holding a placard/name sign with your name on it for easier identification. The placard is customizable and we’d be happy to display some other name/phrase/logo if required.

The arrivals service comes with a complimentary waiting time of up to 01 hour, whereas for departures it is 30 minutes.

Our team tracks all flights in real-time and dispatches the vehicle accordingly to ensure your driver is there when you arrive.

For departures, we recommend at least 03 hours before the flight to be kept as the minimum. If you are traveling during peak traffic hours such as 6-9 am or 4-7pm, we recommend an additional 01 hour to be on the safe side.

Yes, we do provide car seats for infants. However, they are subject to availability.

Yes, we provide a selection of add-ons for you to choose from (subject to availability), including seasonal flowers, chocolates, balloons, and cakes, which may be ordered while booking the service.

Yes, we provide two kinds of meet & greet services: Chauffeur Meet & Greet: Our chauffeur welcomes you at the guest receiving area of the arrivals terminal holding a placard with your name on it, assists you with your luggage and takes you to your respective vehicle(s). This service is provided on a complimentary basis for all airport transfers. Airport Meet & Greet: This includes our partnering Marhaba services agent meeting you right when you disembark the airplane, swiftly helping you with the immigration formalities, and taking you all the way to the exit, in addition to a complimentary porter to carry their luggage. This is a paid add-on service which can be added at the time of booking the transfer service.

DAT holds no responsibility of any item left behind. However, we’d be happy to check it for you and return it if found. If the vehicle is around the corner, we’d return it free of charge. In case the vehicle has already left the premises, a return transfer would have to be booked. Please contact the customer service team on the given number as soon as possible so that the team can check for your item(s).
